What we collect when you contact us, how we use it and how we protect it.
Information you share
Your request may include your name, country, service, task details, location in Kenya, timeline and budget range. Please share only what is needed to assess the task and avoid passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.
How the form works
The request form prepares an email or WhatsApp message on your device. It does not submit your request to a website database. You review and send the message through your chosen service, whose privacy terms also apply.
How we use information
We use information you send to respond, define the scope, coordinate approved tasks and maintain the communication and evidence needed for the assignment.
Sharing for an assignment
Where coordination requires another provider, we share information relevant to the approved task. Let us know before sending information about another person and ensure you are authorised to share it.
Questions and requests
For a privacy question or a request about information you have shared, email jamesombatius@gmail.com. We review your request and explain what action can be taken, including any information needed for ongoing obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us by emailing jamesombatius@gmail.com.
