Family matters
We coordinate agreed tasks for family in Kenya, such as buying and delivering groceries or collecting medicine. You approve the task and the spending, and receipts and delivery updates document the work. Any task that needs a qualified professional stays with that professional.
Projects & construction check-ins
We arrange agreed site visits, photograph visible progress and share a short report against your written scope. Check-ins are observations, not technical certification. Engineering and construction judgments remain with qualified professionals.
Paperwork & documents
We follow up on applications and coordinate collection where you can lawfully authorise someone to act. We confirm required permissions before accepting the task and involve a lawyer where required.
Errands & shopping
We compare quotations, present your options and coordinate only what you approve. Receipts and confirmation of delivery form part of the agreed closeout.
Property checks
We visit the agreed location and document visible conditions. Photographs do not establish legal boundaries, ownership or structural condition; questions requiring professional verification are referred appropriately.

How does payment work?
The written scope and quote set out the service fee, approved expenses and payment arrangements before work starts. You approve spending and material changes. The final closeout includes the agreed receipts and a reconciliation of client funds.
What proof will I receive?
Your written scope identifies the evidence for your task: photos, video, receipts, updates and a final report as appropriate. We explain what was observed and what could not be verified.
Which areas do you cover?
Tell us the town or county in Kenya. We confirm whether we can cover that location before accepting your request; availability depends on the task and location.
How fast do you respond?
We aim to reply within 24 hours. James is based in Dallas–Fort Worth (US Central Time) and works with contacts in Kenya (East Africa Time). Completion timelines are agreed separately in your written scope.
